| ||General comments:||I have test driven all the SUV's I mentioned above several times each. I kept coming back to both the Lexus RX300 for it's looks and luxury, and the Acura MDX for it's interior design and value. Alot of other reviews mentioned the Toyota Highlander as being as good as the Lexus. I disagree. By the time you pay for all the extras on the Highlander, you might as well have the image and sexy design of the Lexus. Even though the erogonomics may suffer a little, I vote for the Lexus RX300 for it's comfort, luxury car-like feel, great looking exterior, and of course because it is a "LEXUS".|
| ||What things have gone wrong with the car:||Major erogonomic flaws! These are all minor things, but can be irritating with everyday use. Examples: cup holders could be much better, no storage, no true console, no good place for cell phone, air vents for rear passengers are not that great (at least they are there - most mid-sized SUV's don't have them at all), and no audio control on steering wheel. The interior of the Acura MDX is much more thought out and includes all these things in their base model. Also, the turn radius is not good.|
| ||Previous car:||Yukon XL - Too big! I can't fit it in my garage. It's very spacious and kid friendly, though.ML320 - The interior is beautiful, but that's all. The Lexus drives much smoother, quieter, not as truck-like. You get much more for your money with the Lexus. Th|
